Key name: Nero M, R.Hartley, etc
Apparently, I'm permbanned. Must be a new record, to get permbanned while not even being an active member of the community or OOC. :/ Come on now. I have 0% motivation to play this game or interact with 99.9% of the pbase, don't start throwing out errenous reasons like "hacker", "Ddoser", I couldn't even tell you how the process worked of ddosing.
I go on to be told that they have some "proof", and that's apparently just me in a group chat with 30+ players (from a year ago mind you), because unless somebody has pointed it out yet, the only time I've ever been in a group with Zaku or them lot, would be last year, when I was coded, when they were -apparently- ddosing us then. Cast your memories back around that time, I was -also- being accused of it then. So, listen, Jaja/Ginseng/whoever. Release the "100% " proof you apparently have that categorically implicates me with these hackers. Hopefully it's not just some bullshit printscreenshot of me in a group chat on skype. Let's face it, we get added to chats as admins/ex admins everyday. This is a new level of stupid.
I'm not even asking to be unbanned, I don't care. Just come up with a better reason than falsehoods that claim I've actively tried to take the game down. That's retarded. Keep me permbanned if you want, despite there being no real reason to, if the owners don't want me on their game that's fine too. Just say so in the ban reason, don't make things up or attempt to re-write timelines.
Plain goofy.

Helping to clear things up, this event is part of paranoia caused by not knowing who to trust. I personally do not consider you part of that group. I think in that conversation both you and Jaja lost some cool and started being anry at each other. It probably could have been avoided and definitely handled better.
I tried to step in and you told me to educate myself on a situation before entering. Honestly I know more about this than you would expect and was actually getting ready to try to disarm the situation.
Xerif decided to turn the troll up to ten on the server one day. Then he got a man arrested likely, a good man. A new DDoS hit and seems sources line up to be similar. How does this effect you?
Well for over six, seven months now, they have really focused on trying to make changes to make things more stable. Time and time again they have had people in admin chat leak logs and other great admins turn on their heels, make demands on them with threats to them or the server.
Paranoia doesnt inspire greatness. It inspires people to care just a little less about collateral. I am sure that wacky Tsuniverse mob has their reasons, but you were caught in the fallout of that event.
I hope this helps perspective. I dont think it is impossible for you to return but you gotta try clearing this up with Jaja. During the time of the first DDoS, the relation we know is that you were in group chat with all three of the guys proven to have initiated the DDoS.
And it surely isnt an edited screen because that specific thing was actually recorded on video. There is no proof of what went on within the chat. But you were in a group chat with three people actively initiating a DDoS.
Furthermore you also had posted a post about not wanting to be admin and coded and to consider you a normal player, yet right when this DDoS hit a new admin was added to our logs, I believe Tojishirou, with zero consent from anyone by you. Promptly after they kept getting info from our side. Enough to be suspicious of you for sure.
In the end that probably boils down to all coincidence. Honestly it is a slim chance you were in on it. But when people threaten your lives, initiate cyber terrorism attacks, threaten threaten and bully, that slim chance gets more and more important day by day.
Thank Xerif.

'I hope this helps perspective. I dont think it is impossible for you to return but you gotta try clearing this up with Jaja. ' I'm not interested in returning. I'm just here to clear shit attributed to my name.
'There is no proof of what went on within the chat. But you were in a group chat with three people actively initiating a DDoS.' Exactly.
'Furthermore you also had posted a post about not wanting to be admin and coded and to consider you a normal player, yet right when this DDoS hit a new admin was added to our logs, I believe Tojishirou, with zero consent from anyone by you. Promptly after they kept getting info from our side. Enough to be suspicious of you for sure.' <-- Are we referring to when these guys ddosed SE? Because I haven't spoken to Toji for like 4 months. Secondly, that pertains to a completely different timescale?? This isn't the first time my key has been linked to ddosers, for no real reason other than to cause drama.
To sum up. I would like the evidence about me in this chat to be posted, a screenshot showing an ex admin or current admin in a group chat (happens all the time, being added to troll groups or random chats ) does not constitute any evidence whatsoever. I don't appreciate being categorised in the same bracket as people who take tantrums out on 2d games. I'm not interested in any of that. The Toji situation happened almost a year ago though, and that was dealt with at that time, an old issue at best. Jaja wasn't even an owner then.
The sum this up. I won't be replying again in this thread. TLDR, I haven't been apart of any hacking. Please post the screenshot that's been banded around as "evidence", so I can least attempt to posit it in the proper context. Not that I should have to, unless there's shots of the actual convos showing anything, then jesus. The fact this has even been used as an excuse to place me on the ban panel is laughable at best.

It's funny that you bring this up because apparently they're trying to say that about AnimeIsCool now. Something about him "plotting to ruin the game" as well as DDOSing because he publicly shows in a consistent manner his dissatisfaction with how things are going. It just reveals how quickly that someone who doesn't like how the game is ran/running is easily dismissed either by referring to them as a clique or a hacker. They even have the nerve to call someone toxic because they are voicing their opinions in OOC... Childish Staff + Childish Decisions = Unhappy Players. They'll find out soon enough that all the money you put into a game won't save the loss of your foundation. The foundation which are the players. Ignoring/Dismissing/Banning/Muting them will prove detrimental in the long run.

"plotting to ruin the game"
Actually he was banned because he reincarnated into a new character named Salt E. Admun, and returned to playing to the previously reincarnated character. I booted him with the message to not log in as him. He logged in as him. I can not blame my administration team for enforcing a ban on someone who was unwilling to play the game the way we requested. You can take your drama elsewhere.

Unfortunately I don't really have much intention to cater to this situation. The owner doesn't want you on the game, not something in my power. I also have no intention to try to post six month old logs and prove anything as I honestly don't need to.
"jaja pays ginseng for admin, case closed"
Jaja actually pays for the server itself out of pocket. He pays for everyone to play this game currently. I'd say that's kind of a worthy bargaining chip.

If a server costs $20, and the one guy paying for it doesn't want people on that server, it isn't beyond reason that person would be able to do so. If I bought a Dungeons and Dragons book and chose to run it for people and I didn't particularly like someone I could just choose to not let them play.
Could be a similar scenario. I don't know. All I know is I see a lot of assuming going around and it's kind of weird that people should care so much about trivial matters.
We've already derailed from the topic over it. What matter is it to us who pays for what? Honestly I think if people were mad over someone paying for a game, they probably aren't contributing much themselves.
Edit:
@chibi: Also as I am now Head Admin, abuse and biased behavior will not stand. I will also be forming a plan of how my team should enforce if they consider a form of enforcement needed. I will furthermore be posting this publicly so when we are accused of hating on a specific group we should be able to point out exactly where we stand on a chart and why an action was warranted. You will all be treated as fairly as possible.

Nanie . I know -why- he was banned. But prior to it occurring, that rumor was abroad and plenty of people were going along with it. Even the owner. But, as you say, Nevets is no longer in that head position; which is good. Good luck and I hope that 'rumors' won't dictate your decisions.
